 The Sacred
    Playdate

A Day Retreat to Return to Simplicity, Play and Connection.

Remember when someone called and said "want to come over and play?" And that was enough. That was everything.

No agenda. No fixing. No figuring it out. Just the pure, uncomplicated joy of showing up and letting the day take you somewhere good.

Somewhere along the way, even our rest got complicated. Our downtime became a to-do list. Our self-care became self-improvement. And we forgot what it felt like to just be — laughing, breathing, present, free.

The Sacred Playdate is that call.

One day held just for you. For the woman who has been showing up for everything and everyone — and is ready to show up for the pure, simple pleasure of her.

No breakthroughs required. No homework. No becoming.

Just you, good women, nourishing food, movement that feels like joy, and the kind of conversation that makes you wonder why you don't do this more often.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, warmer, more like yourself than you have in longer than you can remember.

Grown up. Held. Sacred. And honestly — long overdue.

“The Sacred Exhale was the community and reset I had been craving. Spending the day with women who showed up so authentically and raw was absolute magic. In a world that moves so fast and keeps us digitally distracted, this experience was a powerful reminder of how essential it is to slow down, reconnect, and be in true community.”

This Space May Be for You If…..

  • You may feel a subtle pull — a quiet knowing asking for your attention rather than your effort.

  • Something inside you has been stirring, not urgently, not loudly — simply asking for space to be met instead of managed.

  • There’s a part of you that knows how to move at her own pace.
    Instinctual. Grounded. Unrushed.

  • Not here to perform or prove —
    just ready to breathe again.

This is an invitation to come closer to that part.
To soften the noise. To return to the rhythm that has always lived within you.

The Playdate: Your Journey Unfolded

Enter a Sacred Wilding space — one that invites you to slow down, breathe more fully, and gently release the need to hold it all together.

The Sacred Wilding is a six-hour immersive gathering that weaves meditation, sound, movement, breath, and elemental experiences into a spacious, body-led flow. Each element is offered as an invitation, allowing you to meet yourself exactly where you are.

This is not about becoming something new.
It’s about remembering what’s already here.

You may leave feeling more settled, more present, and more at home in yourself — with a quiet trust that you are already on your path, and have been all along.
