Kristina begins by connecting with both parent and child to explore symptoms, emotional patterns, and lifestyle. In in-person sessions, we include a Bio-Well scan, a non-invasive tool that visually maps your child’s energy field and stress levels in a way that’s playful and approachable. Kristina also offers an intuitive reading to explore emotional and energetic influences, and may recommend functional lab testing (like GI health or food sensitivity panels) if needed. You’ll receive a supportive, customized wellness roadmap to help your child feel more balanced, regulated, and resilient—honoring their sensitivity and biology every step of the way.
